For years, Rebecca made these confections for family—combining pecans, caramel, chocolate and just enough sea salt to create something rich but never overly sweet.
When she struck out on her own, she decided it was time to bring this New Mexico creation to the forefront and build a confectionary around it.
The mission is simple: make the New Mexico Caramel Four a true state candy— something visitors take home, locals give proudly, and people remember long after the box is empty.
